Navigating a Life Transition? You’re Not Alone.
Whether you’re moving through a breakup, starting a new relationship, newly dating, trying to conceive, pregnant, welcoming a baby, or adjusting to a recent move—life transitions can be overwhelming. During these times, it’s common for old narratives, self-worth challenges, anxiety, and fear to resurface. Therapy offers a grounded, compassionate space to process what’s coming up and find your way forward.
I specialize in supporting individuals through major life changes. Much of my clinical experience has focused on helping people navigate transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I completed both my predoctoral and postdoctoral training in university counseling centers, and I’ve held staff psychologist roles at UCSF and Stanford University. I'm also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).
My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented and relational at its core. I also incorporate evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to support symptom relief and emotional growth.
If you're curious about working together, I offer free phone consultations and would be happy to answer any questions you have. I look forward to connecting with you.
