Welcome!
I'm so glad you're here.
I’m a licensed Psychologist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-worth, and stressful life transitions. My approach is relational, integrative, and grounded in clinical training and lived experience. I completed both my predoctoral and postdoctoral training in university counseling centers, where I developed a strong foundation in working with diverse populations navigating high levels of stress, identity concerns, and complex relational dynamics. I’ve since held psychologist positions at UCSF and Stanford University, providing therapy, supervision, consultation, and outreach within academic communities. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and support clients through the emotional challenges of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or constantly putting others’ needs before your own, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I'm here to help you find clarity, heal emotional wounds, and build more balanced, authentic connections.
How I Can Help
I specialize in working with adults who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives—emotionally, relationally, and mentally. Whether you’re dealing with chronic worry, struggling to set boundaries, or repeating the same patterns in your relationships, therapy can offer a path forward.
Areas I support clients with include:
Anxiety and chronic overthinking
Codependency and people-pleasing
Relationship conflict or disconnection
Low self-worth and self-sabotage
Difficulty setting boundaries
Attachment and intimacy issues
My Approach to Therapy
My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I provide a space where you can feel seen and supported, while also being gently challenged to grow.
I draw from a blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness, relational, and attachment-based approaches.
Together, we’ll move beyond symptom management to explore the deeper emotional patterns that may be holding you back—so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
